Whilst a comprehensive on-site pool handover is provided, at Albatross Pools we understand a new pool owner may become daunted in their new and unfamiliar role. To ensure a level of service excellence is maintained even after the swimming pool is built, the Albatross Pools display centres incorporate customer service facilities including free water testing, spare parts, pool and spa chemicals and knowledgeable staff to offer advice and expertise on the latest in pool and spa water treatment solutions.

In House Pool Service Team

Trained and equipped mobile workshops

In addition to the pool shops located in Warrandyte and Dandenong, Albatross Pools are one of the only swimming pool builders in Melbourne to have an in-house pool service division. No need to call the local sub-contractor or the swimming pool manufacturer if assistance is required.

With a minimum of 10 years experience, each member of the Albatross Pool Service Team are comprehensively trained and equipped with mobile workshops – hopefully assistance won’t be needed but it’s reassuring to know the help is there if needed.
