Swimming pools look great, add value to the family home, bring family and friends together and most of all, pools are FUN! Before you dive in, there are a few things to keep in mind when planning a pool project:
- Obtain all information on the property (easements, covenants etc.)
- Plan how you are going to utilise the space available (not just for the pool but also for sunlounges etc.)
- Visit a swimming pool display centre (to touch and feel the product, take a pool for 'a test drive')
- Speak to a professional about the pool project
