In Episode 49 of Channel Ten’s The Home Team, Anthony presented some fast facts on pool blankets. Although large water tanks have been installed underneath the adjoining raised deck, Anthony prefered that the tank water mainly be used to water the garden and not topping up the pool - a great way to do this is with the application of a pool blanket.

Not only does a pool blanket cut down on evaporation by up to 99%, Anthony explained the other benefits including reducing chemical costs and keeping the pool free of leaves and debris.

Although The Home Team have opted for a pool blanket only, Anthony discussed the option of also incorporating a roller to store a pool blanket for larger pool projects.
