Timeless Pool and Spa Design

Located in Williamstown, this family friendly pool and spa combination stands pride of place on the property spanning 12.6m in length and 5.0m in width featuring an elevated integrated tiled spa. Immediately capturing your eye as you enter the 1800s heritage listed home, the timeless aesthetic of the pool's design and surrounds creates an understated but very appealing impression on arrival.

Respecting the Victorian era of the property, the clients wanted to avoid the current fashions of outdoor pool design and desired a simple family friendly low maintenance space, classic in design with a contemporary twist.

Meeting the height of the raised open pergola area located at the far end of the pool, the rich blue tones of the pool and spa water create a subtle contrast with the surrounding large format Bluestone tiles and lush garden.

With two active teenage sons and a large circle of friends and family, the clients required multiple entry points and extensive seating areas in the pool. Featuring a series of steps along one side of the spa and oversized benches and comfort seat on the remaining side of the spa spanning almost the full length of the pool, family and friends are spoilt for choice when it comes to relaxing and enjoying the pool on a hot summers day. Equally, the outdoor space is illuminated of an evening with a series of multi coloured LED pool lights and strip lighting under the coping surrounding the spa.

Controlled from within the family home, the pool and spa combination features multiple forms of heating options, energy efficient filtration and an in ground pit to conceal the solar pool blanket.
